“We bought tickets online and the name of the pub was listed. I was texted a link with the barcode for the tickets and an option for a pdf. I thought they were printable tickets. We Google the address for McKibben pub and drove there. We were a bit early so we waited in the car and arrived outside the pub 5 minutes before it was to start. We went in to ask if anyone was already there and the waiter had no idea what we were talking about. We went back outside and tried to call the number and got voice-mail. However, we were the only three people on the pub crawl, which really took away from the whole point of doing a crawl, you go to meet people and experience a social atmosphere. I think in situations like this, guests should be contacted beforehand and either given the option to cancel or have the crawl combined with another night if it’s busier. Instead, we paid $67 each and received one shot at a bar. While entry to venues was included, none of the pubs were busy and it would have been very easy to get in without…”
