Then said the company never told him to expect me. Spoke Chinese on 95% of the ride - our ticket said English. Got in verbal altercation with other Chinese gentleman on board. One passenger had gastrointestinal distress. Had his daughter knock on door of complete stranger to use their bathroom. Then threw cigarette butts in this nice person's yard. Texted while driving. This was only bad customer service issue…”
