It was so luxurious to just unwind in the winter setting along all the heated pools and saunas. There was just some confusion between our Get Guide passes and check in. We had to email our passes to the front desk who then had to print them out to scan. It seemed as if using tickets for this through Get Guide was new. But our tickets were honored. Would definitely be back!”
