“The trip was good. Allowed us to see the beautiful sites stress free by travelling in van. The views were breathtaking. Where the excursion fell short was the guide. He did not explain fully what to expect. Often voice low so could not hear at back of bus. Sometimes forgot what he was going to tell us about the site. Should be able to provide options to eat in Banff given we had shirt time there. If he was more engaging and spoke more it would have made the experience fun and get the group together. While we did enjoy the trip the guide could have been better!”

I was very impressed by the precise timing of departure and arrival of each points. I do wish they cut one of the view point (like Fairmont Spring Hotel) and increase the time of staying at lake shore for those who do not want to take a lake cruise.”
